Adam Gibson is the Strategic Workforce Planning Leader for the Metropolitan Police Service and is accountable for end-to-end workforce planning, resourcing and people analytics.  In the past two years he has focused on reducing costs whilst maintaining service delivery and responding to urgent operational requirements, including the recent terror attacks.  Concurrently, he has led a transformation of the workforce planning and analytics service and is the Director of Agile Workforce Planning.
