His role focuses on the capability of senior leaders at the FCA, combining Executive Recruitment and Succession planning with Leadership Development and Emerging Leadership Development. Kevin joined the FCA in 2015 as Head of Executive Resourcing before moving into broader roles since June 2016. Kevin has over 14 years experience in recruitment and then executive search, including 9 years in Tokyo.
