Andrea joined City HR in 2007 and has since developed the Association to be a key lobbying, representation, benchmarking and best practice development membership group for HR in financial services. She delivers toolkits and tutorials on people issues ranging from culture, governance and regulation through to talent management and HR metrics, working with expert teams.   She has over 25 years experience in business, line HR within two investment banks and consulting.  She is FCIPD qualified with a Masters Degree in HR Management.

      In 2016, Lyndsey was named in the ‘UK’s 50 Most Inspirational Female Entrepreneurs’. Previous accolades also include ‘Top 35 Business Women’ in both Management Today magazine and The Sunday Times and a Young Gun award. As a regular speaker and commentator in the mainstream media, she is acknowledged as an expert in Entrepreneurship, Talent Management, HR Outsourcing, and Women in Business and is a regular Business Commentator for various BBC Radio shows. Prior to The Curve Group, Lyndsey spent 11 years undertaking a number of Global strategic and M&A leadership positions in the Banking and Insurance sectors.

      Stuart joined Provident in June 2016 to lead the end to end talent management and development strategy for the business, and to deliver the people transformation programme, which was aligned to the business moving from ‘self-employed’ to ‘fully employed’ status in July 2017.  This included recruiting, training and successfully on boarding in excess of 2,500 new employees within a six month period. Stuart is a reputable HR leader with 20 years professional practice experience and has an extensive track record in leading large scale change in both the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors, working for businesses such as; Bupa UK, Direct Line Group, RBS Insurance, Churchill Insurance, Prudential, First Direct and HSBC. Stuart has expertise across a wide range of HR disciplines and functions including; HRSS, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Leadership Development; Organisational Design, Business Partnering, Talent and Engagement.

      Kevin is Head of Executive Resourcing and Careers at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). His role focuses on the capability of senior leaders at the FCA, combining Executive Recruitment and Succession planning with Leadership Development and Emerging Leadership Development. Kevin joined the FCA in 2015 as Head of Executive Resourcing before moving into broader roles since June 2016. Kevin has over 14 years experience in recruitment and then executive search, including 9 years in Tokyo.
