Björn Elowson brings deep managerial training experience in assessment methods and developmental aspects from line-manager position up to C-suite positions. He has worked with global companies and conducted around 300 second opinions from both selection and/or developmental perspectives and trained around 200 managers in to those areas. He is a licensed psychologist and also holds a Bachelor in Business Administration. At cut-e, he works with both business development and account management and as a consultant for selection and development for some of Europe’s largest clients.

Shereen is the Head of HR for Caffè Nero, responsible for UK store and head office operations for over 5,000 employees. Used to occupying both generalist and specialist roles, she has a range of HR knowledge gained from working in a variety of industries - international risk management, publishing, retail and hospitality and has a MSc in International HR tucked away nicely in her back pocket. Her key interests are in HR strategy, organisational design and how organisations can support the fulfilment of human ambition through innovative yet common sense approaches to attracting, retaining and inspiring people to achieve. Shereen is also a mum to 9 year old Tia, an amateur Crossfit athlete, blogger and part time entrepreneur.

Before joining Chemistry, Nicky worked in various Retail and HR Leadership roles, where she became curious about how hiring the ‘right’ people could improve store performance. She first partnered with Chemistry as the HR Lead on a large-scale Retail Transformation Programme, which used a unique method of predicting performance that had never existed before. Nicky now heads up Chemistry’s Retail & Hospitality team, where she’s enabled brands like House of Fraser, Boots Opticians, Pizza Hut and Co-op select the right people for them: the people who will bring their unique brand experience to life. And when she’s not at work? Her love of all things retail and food continues, and she’s busy training her new puppy, Brewster!
