Talent Leaders Connect is the largest recruitment industry event series in the UK and mainland Europe: a cross between a structured conference and a social meet up.

Raj has over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment marketplace and has worked at Totaljobs Group for 10 years. A majority of this time has seen Raj work on Caterer.com which is the largest and most successful hospitality job board and remains one of the Totaljobs Group flagship boards. In 2015 Raj moved over  to manage the totaljobs regional team who work closely with employers across all sectors at all levels to address their recruitment needs. This is now the largest and one of the most successful teams in the group. Prior to joining Totaljobs Group, Raj managed the sales team at the radio station Key 103 and launched recruitment magazines across UK locations. He also serves on the board for Hospitality Action and has consulted for the BBC for recruitment insight.
