Shereen is the Head of HR for Caffè Nero, responsible for UK store and head office operations for over 5,000 employees.Used to occupying both generalist and specialist roles, she has a range of HR knowledge gained from working in a variety of industries - international risk management, publishing, retail and hospitality and has a MSc in International HR tucked away nicely in her back pocket. Her key interests are in HR strategy, organisational design and how organisations can support the fulfilment of human ambition through innovative yet common sense approaches to attracting, retaining and inspiring people to achieve. Shereen is also a mum to 9 year old Tia, an amateur Crossfit athlete and part time writer.
