Clare is the Head of People and Talent at Yoyo Wallet (a mobile payment and loyalty app). She is responsible for scaling the team across all functions as well as all HR operations.  Having started her career in the Pensions industry before moving into recruitment at agency level before moving in-house; she has experience of recruitment across multiple disciplinaries in both corporate and start-up businesses. Her key interests are building HR functions within a scaling business to suit a scaling business and developing existing talent.
