Future Talent – Common Stereotypes and Planning for the Future

Jacob Kimber, International In-house Recruiter, Mediatonic Games

Jacob is relatively new to the in-house recruiting space, currently managing international recruitment for Mediatonic Games, creator of original games that connect millions of players right across the globe. He formerly managed Blackboard and Epsilon’s international recruitment operations, where he built an in-house function and reduced the companies agency spend to zero, whilst significantly increasing the quality of hire. Despite being relatively early in his career, he won Best In-House Recruiter at both the In-House Recruiter awards and the FIRM awards for his work at Epsilon. As a younger member of the in-house recruiting community, he feels it is important to learn as much as he can from his peers and to also share new ideas.
