Chris Taylor is the HR Director for Corporate and Reward. In this role Chris is responsible for Executive and Senior Management Reward, Global Mobility, HR Systems, Recruitment, business partnering for the Group Functions and is currently managing the headcount reduction plan for their UK Businesses.  Prior to this Chris was also responsible Group Learning and Development and Shared Service Functions.  In previous role within Subsea 7, Chris was the HR Director for UK & Canada business unit, within their North Sea and Canada Territory. The UK & Canada BU is one of the largest in Subsea 7, with revenue of in-excess of $1.5 billion per annum and was responsible for a team of 40 HR professionals supporting over 2,000 people across UK and Canada. Chris joined Subsea 7 in December 2011.

Lenna had an early career in marketing for a small start-up before moving into recruitment in 2005 where she became one of the top performers at Michael Page International. She joined TheJobPost in 2012 and has been an integral part of the team, responsible for building a strong client base and managing key accounts for the business.

Vincent O'Donoghue, COO, Social Talent

  • We all know that the war for talent is fierce, but just because candidates are in high demand, it doesn't mean that organisations should ever have to settle for second best - Vincent will discuss how Choice, Passion and Culture are the three key pillars for determining who the right candidates are for your organisation

Vincent began his career as an Assistant Director on some low-budget horror movies including such "classics" as Knocking on Death's Door and A Very Unlucky Leprechaun. He then decided to get a real job and moved into Sales and Account Management positions within the ICT industry with British Telecom in Ireland, and Digicel in the Caribbean. On returning to Ireland he established a recruitment agency and ultimately Social Talent with Johnny Campbell. Since then the company have turned nearly 15,000 recruiters from companies like Microsoft, Intel, GE, Manpower, Randstad and Adecco into Sourcing Ninjas. The company's platform is used in over 90 countries by more than 1,000 companies and their blog is read by nearly 100,000 recruiters a week.

Francis has a strong track record in the development of individuals, teams and organisations.  He brings together expertise in talent management, development, strategy, culture, learning, organisation development and change.  He has been at HBOS and then Lloyds Banking Group through the financial crisis, and during this time he has led work around organisational change, talent development, succession, leadership and most recently led the development of the Group's people strategy and culture.  He left Lloyds at the end of September, and begins a new role at the end of October.
