Jacob Kimber, In-House Recruiter, International, Blackboard Inc.
Jacob is relatively new to the in-house recruiting space, currently managing international recruitment for Blackboard, a leader in Educational Software. He formerly managed Epsilon’s international recruitment operations, where he built an in-house function and reduced the companies agency spend to zero, whilst significantly increasing the quality of hire. Despite being relatively early in his career, he won Best In-House Recruiter at both the In-House Recruiter awards and the FIRM awards for his work at Epsilon. As a younger member of the in-house recruiting community, he feels it is important to learn as much as he can from his peers and to also share new ideas.
Lucy Adams, Managing Director, Firehouse and previously HR Director of the BBC
Lucy Adams is MD of communications and engagement agency Firehouse and the Founder of Disruptive HR. She uses her experiences of having led HR at the BBC and other major corporations over the last 15 years – the good, the bad and the ugly - and offers a number of challenges, new models and fresh insights to support business leaders. Since leaving the BBC Lucy has been working with major organisations to help them re-think their approach to leading change, employee engagement, HR and Internal Comms, and is a popular keynote speaker and blogger on these topics.

Prashanie Dharmadasa is WilsonHCG's Director of Strategic Insights. Prashanie has more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the RPO industry. She is responsible for developing the strategy for broadening WilsonHCG’s footprint in EMEA through building engagement programs. She develops solutions for WilsonHCG’s clients around employer branding, strategic workforce planning, succession planning and diversity and inclusion. Appointed Chief Executive of the Internet Corporation in 2002. Mark is an experienced executive closely involved in the delivery of Internet services since 1995. Over the past 14+ years, Mark has dedicated himself to online recruitment, having formulated the vision and strategic direction of the company, leading and financing a management buyout in 2008. Mark is well known in the sector, and a founder member of the Online Recruitment Marketing Council.

After graduating in 2000 with a degree in Business Studies Louisa started her career within the resourcing industry on the graduate programme for a boutique search and selection consultancy specialising in investment banking. Following this she moved into her first Early Career role as a Graduate Recruiter for a leading US bank. Louisa then moved into RPO industry working with a range of clients, developing, implementing and managing their assessment and selection processes. In 2010 Louisa moved back in-house, joining her then client, RBS, in their Early Career team, where she still currently works and is responsible for candidate experience and engagement through the full recruitment cycle.
