Jacob is relatively new to the in-house recruiting space, currently managing international recruitment for Blackboard, a leader in Educational Software. He formerly managed Epsilon’s international recruitment operations, where he built an in-house function and reduced the companies agency spend to zero, whilst significantly increasing the quality of hire. Despite being relatively early in his career, he won Best In-House Recruiter at both the In-House Recruiter awards and the FIRM awards for his work at Epsilon. As a younger member of the in-house recruiting community, he feels it is important to learn as much as he can from his peers and to also share new ideas.
